These terms form a binding agreement between you and RBS Solutions S.à r.l.-S regarding your use of AgeRewind.

2. What AgeRewind is
AgeRewind is a lifestyle self-assessment that estimates a biological age and a pace-of-aging figure from the answers you provide, plus an optional habit-tracking application (the "Protocol").
The results are educational estimates based on self-reported information and published research averages. They are not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical measurement, and they must not be used to make medical decisions. See our methodology.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the Protocol. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Prices and payment
The full report is a one-off purchase of €19.00. The Protocol is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout. All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Your statutory withdrawal rights and our refund practice are described in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or republish the assessment, the scoring model or the report, nor use the service in a way that disrupts it or infringes the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The AgeRewind name, model, content and software remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service and your own results.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for decisions made on the basis of your results. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be announced in advance where required. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, with the courts of Luxembourg having jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
